To prepare Graduating students of Gujarat for better employability, Industry readiness and a prosperous career through appropriate training interventions. The vision goes a step further beyond Gujarat to spread this progressive initiative of Finishing School throughout India.

MISSION OF FINISHING SCHOOL

The Finishing School Initiative aims at creating a Nation with skilled youth where no Graduate remains unemployed. The Mission of Finishing School initiative is to train the young minds such that they emerge as sound professionals in their respective areas of study and to prepare them for multi-disciplinary domains by enhancing their employability and overall skills.

ABOUT FINISHING SCHOOL

Finishing School is an initiative of Higher Education and Technical education, Government of Gujarat; incepted in the year 2016 with the objective of imparting soft skills as well as English language training to students in final and pre final to increase their employability. In 2016, initially only 40 colleges were selected, among which our college was also listed and hence, this program is offered to students since its inception. Since 2016 to present day, total 621 students have been trained of the college.

In total 80 hours of training is given to students, consisting of 40 hours of soft skills and 40 hours of English Language Training.
