પરીક્ષા માટે ની અગત્યની સુચના આથી સર્વે પરીક્ષાથીઓને જણાવવાનું કે જીટીયુ દ્વારા લેવાતી વિવિધ પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન પોતાની સાથે કિમતી વસ્તુ જેમકે મોબાઈલ, લેધર કીટ, ક્રેડીટ કાર્ડ, એટીએમ કાર્ડ વિગેરે સાથે રાખવું નહી. તેમછતાં રાખશે અને ક્લાસ રૂમ ની બહાર મુકેલ હશે અને ચોરાઈ જશે, તો તેની જવાબદારી જેતે વિધાર્થીની અંગત રહેશે. પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન મોબાઈલ કે અન્ય ઇલેક્ટ્રોનીક્સ ગેઝેટ સાથે રાખવા થી કોપી કેસ નો એક હિસ્સો ગણાય છે. આથી સાથે રાખવા નહી. પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન કંપાસ ( પેન, પાણીની બોટલ વિગેરે) જ રાખવા સુચના છે. દરેક પરીક્ષાથીઓ એ પરીક્ષા ખંડ માં સવારે ૧૦:૧૫ સુધીમાં અને બપોરે ૨:૧૫ સુધીમાં આવવું ફરજીયાત છે. ત્યાર બાદ પ્રવેશ મળશે નહી.
