Who should register

Every student currently studying here

First year to final year, BE and ME, regular admission and diploma-to-degree. Including students who have been here for years — the college has no account for you on this new website until you make one.

Students admitted this year

As soon as your admission is confirmed. You do not need to wait for your GTU enrolment number.

One person, one registration. If you have already registered and something is wrong, your department office corrects it in seconds. Registering a second time creates a second record and is much harder to undo.

What to have ready

Gather these before you start and the form takes ten minutes. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can stop and come back — but it is far less annoying to have everything to hand.

everybody needs this · ? one of the two, depending on whether GTU has issued your enrolment number yet.

How it works

  1. 1

Fill in the form About ten minutes.

Four short steps — who you are, your details, your academic record, and a check of everything before it is sent. You can go back to any step, and nothing is submitted until you have seen the summary and pressed the button.

  2. 2

Your department checks it Usually a day or two.

Your head of department reads the registration. If something needs correcting they send it back with a note and a link to reopen it — you do not register again.

  3. 3

You are emailed a login The moment they approve you.

The college issues your college roll number and emails your username and password to the address you registered with. Look in the spam folder once if it has not arrived.

  4. 4

Sign in and use the portal From then on, whenever you need it.

Change the password to something of your own, upload your photograph and fee receipt, and everything below is open to you.

What the portal gives you

Your enrolment number Add your GTU enrolment number yourself the moment GTU issues it, without going to the office.
Your documents Your photograph, fee receipt and admission letter, kept privately on file. Only you and your department can open them.
Bonafide certificates Download one yourself, immediately, for a scholarship or a bus pass. Each carries a QR code so whoever you give it to can check it.
Circulars and notices What your department and the college have published, in one list.
Study material Syllabus, notes, question papers and lab manuals for your semester.
Your achievements Won something? Send it in with photographs and proof. Once the college accepts it, it appears on this website under your name.

If GTU has not given you an enrolment number yet

GTU issues enrolment numbers two to three months after admission, and the college has no way to hurry that. Until yours arrives, register with your ACPC application number — everything works, and any document the college issues prints that number under its own name so that nobody reading it is misled. The moment GTU gives you your enrolment number, add it yourself from Enrolment number in the portal. You do not need to visit the office.

Questions we are asked

Do I have to register? I am already a student here.

Yes, once. This website is new, and the college has no account for you on it yet. Registering is what creates your login, your roll number, and the record every other screen works from. It takes about ten minutes and you never do it again.

I have just been admitted through ACPC. Can I register now?

Yes. Choose “I am joining this year” on the first step and use the ACPC application number from your admission letter. GTU issues your enrolment number two to three months later; when it arrives you add it yourself from the portal. Everything works in the meantime — including bonafide certificates, which print your ACPC number under its own name so nobody is misled.

I am a diploma-to-degree (D2D) student.

Register the same way and choose the diploma route when you are asked how you were admitted. You will be asked for your diploma result rather than HSC, and your first semester is the third.

Which email address should I use?

One you will still be reading in three years. Your login, every decision about your registration and anything the college writes to you goes there. You are asked to type it twice, because a single wrong letter means a password that reaches nobody.

How long does approval take?

Usually a day or two. Your head of department does it, not the website. If it has been more than a week, contact your department office — they can see exactly where your registration is.

My registration was sent back for correction.

The email says what needs changing and carries a link that reopens your own form. Correct that one thing and send it again. Do not start a second registration — two records for one person is the hardest thing for the office to untangle.

I have not received my login.

It is sent only after your department approves you, so first check that a few days have passed. Then look in the spam folder of the address you registered with. If it is still missing, contact your department office and ask them to confirm which address they have for you.

I have forgotten my password.

Use Forgotten your password? on the sign-in page. A link is emailed to you. Nobody at the college can see your password, so this is the only way back in.

Can I register twice, or with a second email address?

Please do not. One person, one record. If something is wrong with yours, your department office corrects it in a few seconds — a second registration takes far longer to undo and can leave you with two roll numbers.

Is my personal information safe?

Your registration is visible to your own department and to the college administration — nobody else. Your uploaded documents are never public: they are served only to you and your department, never from a plain web address. Your mobile number and home address do not appear anywhere on this website.

Who can see my achievements?

Only what you send in and the college accepts, and only after the college publishes it. Your photographs and your description appear; the certificates you upload as proof are never published. Your phone number and email are used by the office to reach you and are not shown to anyone.

I have left the college / I am an old student.

This registration is for students currently studying here. If you finished before this website existed, your records are with the college office — please contact them directly.

Still stuck?

Anything about your own record — a wrong spelling, a missing login, an approval that has not come — is fastest through your own department office. They hold your registration and can see exactly where it is. Department contacts.
